I'm an arch. designer working with my clients Eric and Maria. They are looking to update their 2 bedroom co-op in Sunnyside. They have passed their board interview and are in final stages of closing. We're in the process of defining budget and scope and the project will be fast-tracked. They would like to have a GC chosen by, or shortly after, closing so work can begin while they finalize decisions and purchase orders for finishes. I have drawings prepared for preliminary bidding.
